on the in-store trial

How to book a trial?

To schedule a trial, simply complete the form above.

Select the bike models you want to test in store, and provide us with your contact details. We will then contact you to organize the trial in one of our partner stores near you.

What happens once I complete the form?

After completing the form, you will receive an email confirmation that your trial request has been received. Within 24 working hours from Monday to Friday, a member of our team will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment. Once the date and time is set, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and email, specifying your trial details, such as date, time and location.

How does the in-store trial work?

The duration of the in-store trial depends on our partners' policies. Typically, the test lasts around 30 minutes, providing the opportunity to test our bikes in real-world conditions around the store.
